Bob Miller,manager ofWolf Pack Meats at the University of Nevada, Reno, has been named president of the California Association of Meat Processors for the next two years.
Wolf Pack Meats is operated by the UNR College of Agriculture, Biotechnology and Natural Resources.
It's involved in development of new meat products.
