David Archer, a northern Nevada marketing and management consultant, has been appointed to the Northern Nevada Development Authority's board of directors and will serve as chair of the group's Business & Tech Expo 2005 scheduled for Oct.
6 in Carson City.
Archer is also presidentelect of the Reno-Tahoe American Marketing Association.
