A graveside service for Nina Ruth Vinger, 80, a longtime resident of Minden will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Eastside Memorial Park in Minden.
Ms. Vinger died May 5, 2005, in Minden.
She was born April 7, 1925, in Santa Anna, Calif., to William and Katherine Pavelka Lundak.
Ms. Vinger participated in the activities at the CVIC Hall and enjoyed the crab dinners and gardening. She supported the Carson Valley Orchestra and the Minden Library.
Among her survivors are her children Greg Vinger of Montrose, Calif., and Sandra Vinger of Minden; sisters Blanche, Esther, Irene, Norma and Donna; grandchildren Harmony, Vanessa and Gavin; great-grandchildren Hudson, Kelsey, Eric Matthew, Garett and Savanah; great-nieces Andrea and Lucy; and great-nephew, Nikos.
Walton's Douglas County Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
