Norma Wilson

Graveside services for Norma Wilson, 81, a Silver Springs resident for the past 25 years, will be held at noon Tuesday at the Silver Springs Cemetery, Highway 50 in Silver Springs.

Visitation will be held 10-11 a.m. Tuesday at FitzHenry's Funeral Home in Carson City.

Ms. Wilson died May 5, 2005, at her home. She was born to Norma and James Woodhouse on Feb. 20, 1924, in American Fork, Utah.

She came to Northern Nevada in 1948.

She was employed at Harveys Lake Tahoe from 1967-1973 and managed the Coffee Shop at the Ormsby House from 1973-1988. She enjoyed music, people her career and her family.

She was preceded in death by daughters Jolene Wakefield and Sharon Johnson.

Among her survivors are her partner of 25 years, Elton K. Decker; brother Bud Beck; children Craig Johnson of Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, Lynda Johnson of Silver Springs, Bryce Kimber of Wendover and Katrina Loftin of Reno; grandchildren Cindy Edwards, Danny Buckles, Tana Pitts, Rose Kane, Darla Stacey, Denese Malcolm, Bill Hall, Spencer Kimber, Kysa, Garrett and Skylar Johnson; and great grandchildren Jennifer Ferguson, Heather and Brittany Segovia, Sierra Robinson, Krystal and Kala Massey, Nico Pitts, Lysa and Kerra Kane, Tina Lee, Sarah and Cory Hall.
