Robert M. Sleeper, 35, a Carson City resident for the past two years, died April 23, 2005, in Carson City. He was born Sept. 21, 1969, in Vallejo, Calif., to Robert P. and Wanda Corley Sleeper.
He married Shantel Starr on Aug. 10, 1996, at Lake Tahoe.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Forsyth, Mo., and Napa, Calif.
Mr. Sleeper worked at Harvey's and Harrah's as a receptionist.
He served in the U.S. Navy.
He was preceded in death by his father in 1999 and mother in 1976.
Among his survivors are his wife of Carson City and son, Timothy of Fresno, Calif.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
