Silver Legacy and Saab win award from city government

The Silver Legacy Resort and Casino and Saab of Reno have won the City of Reno Community Award.

The Silver Legacy and its general manager, Gary Carano,were recognized for support of the Reno Fire Department's annual Christmas party for downtown area children and their families.

The Silver Legacy provided the meals and catering staff for the party.

Saab of Reno also was recognized for its support of the Reno Fire Department's annual children's Christmas party.

The dealership donated 100 bicycles and tricycles so that every child in attendance went away with a new bike or tricycle.
