The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• Amanda Hunt, 24, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 2:20 a.m. Thursday in the 2200 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence, probation violation, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony possession of methamphetamine. No bail was set.
n Deputies responded to the following calls:
• A vehicle struck the Burger King building Thursday at 6:57 a.m. The driver was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving.
• A stereo was stolen from a vehicle in the 1500 block of North Edmonds Drive sometime Tuesday night.
• Jewelry was stolen from a home on Marian Avenue sometime before Wednesday at 5:32 p.m.
