Jacklyn Kastorff

Jacklyn Kastorff, 89, a Carson City resident for the past 18 years, died May 27, 2005, in Carson City. She was born Jan. 13, 1916, in East Jordon, Mich., to Claud and Edith Covert Wood.

Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Thousand Oaks, Calif.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William, on March 31, 2001, in Carson City.

Among her survivors are her children Peggy Harvel of Gardnerville and Mike Dalton and Carin Morgan, both of Thousand Oaks, Calif.; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and 19 great-great-grandchildren.

A private service was held.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Hospice of Reno.
