David P. Hanlon

David P.Hanlon, who headed Reno-based International Game Technology in the mid- 1990s, last week was named chief executive officer and president of Empire Resorts Inc., operator of Monticello Raceway in New York's Catskills Mountains.

Hanlon was chief executive officer at IGT in 1994 and 1995.He most recently was vice chairman of Empire Resorts Inc.
