Grading under way at Virginia Lake Crossing

SilverStar Communities, finished with demolition of the Mark Twain Motel, has begun grading for Virginia Lake Crossing, a 220-home project between Virginia Lake Park and South Virginia Street.

Sales will begin in early spring.

Silverstar said it expects to begin work in early spring on Town Center at Virginia Lake Crossing, an 89,000-square-foot residential, office and condominium complex adjacent to the residential project.
