Edward Calabaza

Edward Calabaza, who spent two years as a reporter at Reno's KOLO-TV, Channel 8, has joined Washoe Medical Center's public relations staff.

Calabaza most recently owned a consulting business in New Mexico providing media relations counsel to Native American tribes.

Calabaza has been a reporter, anchor and editor for more than 14 years at television stations in New Mexico and Nevada.He holds a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism from New Mexico State University.
