Estee leaves entrepreneurship center post

Alison Estee, managing director of the Nevada Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology, resigned last week to become vice president of marketing for Switch Communications Group in Las Vegas.

Estee was hired in November of 2002 to be the executive director of what was then known as the Tech Alliance.

She became managing director of CET when it was created six months later.

Scott Frost, chair of the CET board, said the organization hopes to have a successor hired by the end of the year.
