Fred Elenbaas has joined Lumos and Associates in Reno as a project manager in transportation engineering.
He has more than 25 years experience in transportation engineering including 23 years as a design engineer and project manager with the California Department of Transportation.
He most recently was design branch chief for Caltrans in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Elenbaas is a civil engineering graduate of San Jose State University.
