Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter on a 66,000-square-foot, twostory office building at Neil Road and Kietzke Lane in south Reno.

The building is the fourth to be built along the east side of Kietzke by NevDex Properties, a development company based in the Bay Area.

The other three buildings, each of them about 60,000 square feet, are fully leased, said Chad Clemetson of NevDex.

While no pre-leasing deals are in place, Clemetson said negotiations are under way for a significant portion of the new building's ground floor.

Scott Borgia of the Reno office of CB Richard Ellis is handling leasing of the new building.

San Jose-based Habitec will be the architect for the building.Miles Brothers Construction of Carson City will be the general contractor.

Clemetson said the building is scheduled for occupancy in mid-September.
