A celebration of life for Adam Spencer Wells, 20, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at FitzHenry's Chapel of Faith in Carson City.
Mr. Wells died Oct. 5, 2005, in Carson City. He was born April 29, 1985, in Klamath Falls, Ore., to Jerry and Donna Wells.
Mr. Wells attended Carson City schools until his freshman year. He participated in soccer, baseball and wrestling.
Before returning to Carson City in 2002, Mr. Wells lived in Eugene, Ore.
Mr. Wells was an assistant manager and certified personal trainer at Nevada Fitness. He attended Western Nevada Community College, where he was studying for a career in the medical field.
He enjoyed weightlifting, camping, drawing, riding his motorcycle, spending time with his friends, the Atlanta Falcons and playing video games.
Among his survivors are his parents of Carson City; sister, Jennifer of Reno; grandparents Don and Della Ruell of Coos Bay, Ore.; aunts and uncles Jackie and Gordon Montgomery of Eugene, Sandra and Bruce McKibben of Florence, Ore., and Michael Ruell of Eugene; and five cousins.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
