Washoe County Commissioners last week awarded a $764,302 contract to Resource Development Corporation to build and equip a well house to provide water service in the north Spanish Springs area.
Commissioners also approved a contract with Mike's Trenching for $346,000 to build a new 3,530-lineal-foot water transmission main to supply water for new development in the northeastern portion of Spanish Springs valley.
