Granite wraps up Truckee airport job

Granite Construction Co.

said last week it's completed a $3.3 million contract for improvements at the Truckee-Tahoe Airport District.

Work on the project started in August, 2004, and included a new road, hangar site, taxi lane and drainage system.

Granite's project manager was Jason Fenhaus, project engineers were Ryan Floyd and Tim Miner, and project superintendents were Bernard Smith and Dave Funk.
