William Webster, 76, a Carson City resident for the past 14 years, died Oct. 25, 2005, in Reno. He was born May 3, 1929, in Aberdeen, Scotland, to William and Gladys Helen Webster.
He married Margaret Webster Feb. 23, 1952, in Aberdeen.
Mr. Webster and his wife were longtime property managers in California. They also worked as crossing guards at Fritsch Elementary School for many years. They were friends with the staff at Cactus Jack's Casino.
He was preceded in death by his wife.
Among his survivors are his son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Mary of Caringbah, Australia; brothers James, Gordon, Stewart and David, all of Aberdeen; and grandchildren Simon, Emma and Lauren Webster, all of Sydney, Australia.
At his request, no service will be held.
Cremation will be in Walton's Sierra Crematory. Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
