Tamara Diane Andersen, 41, of Bethel Island, Calif., died Sept. 2, 2005, in Contra Costa County, Calif. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Friday at First Christian Church, 326 E. John St., in Carson City.
She was born Dec. 19, 1963, in Carson City to Diane DuHamel and Robert L. Andersen. She graduated from Carson High School in 1981, and was a fifth-generation Nevadan with pioneer ancestors who settled on the Trimmer and Andersen ranches.
She was a senior loan processor for Charter Funding and also modeled. She had a compassion for animals and was always caring for them.
She is preceded in death by her mother.
Ms. Andersen is survived by her father of Carson City; boyfriend John Tallman of Bethel Island; uncle and aunt Mickey and Carol Andersen of Carson City; and cousin Rachel Andersen of Carson City.
