Northern Nevada Medical Center's emergency department ranked the top percentile - the 99th - in a latest Gallup patient satisfaction survey conducted in last year's fourth quarter.
The survey measured three criteria: overall satisfaction, patient loyalty and trust in the facility to deliver high-quality care.
