Stormo Properties L.L.C., said last week it plans to build two or three warehouses on a 26-acre parcel next to the Wal-Mart distribution center at the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center.
The company said it's awaiting a final rough grading report from Reno Engineering before moving forward with its plans.
Stormo Properties, L.L.C., owns parcels in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center and has built a 9,514-square-foot building on a three-acre site that's on the market for sale or lease. A two-acre site next to the completed building will be offered as a build-to-suit property.
Stormo's other properties include five and seven-acre parcels located adjacent to the Wal-Mart distribution center
