Tuihalangingie "Tui" Finau, listed by the Nevada State Contractors Board as one of its top 10 most wanted unlicensed contractors, has been arrested by the Washoe County Sheriff's Office.
Finau was arrested on warrants issued by the Reno Justice Court for contracting without a license, unlawful advertising, and failure to pay restitution for contracting without a license.
