Bertha Mullins has been promoted to vice president and community development officer by Wells Fargo.
Mullins is one of two community development officers at the Wells Fargo Banking Education Center in Sparks, where she has worked since it opened in 1993.
An employee of Wells Fargo for 25 years, Mullins previously spent 17 years as a health coordinator and youth director at the Community Services Agency.
She is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno.
