Alan Rabkin Jesse Wadhams

Alan Rabkin has joined the Reno office of the law firm Jones Vargas in the role "of counsel," and Jesse Wadhams has joined the firm as an associate.

Rabkin has 27 years of legal experience. He previously was senior Counsel and Nevada team leader at Bank of America. He also has worked as general counsel of the Nevada operations of BNP Paribas Bank of the West and as a special assistant U.S. attorney.

He holds two master's degrees in law one in taxation and the other in European law.

Wadhams will practice in the government affairs practice group of Jones Vargas.

He previously worked as a state deputy attorney general and as technology policy counsel to the U.S. Senate High Tech Task Force.

He earned his law degree at Santa Clara University School of Law after earning a bachelor's degree from Santa Clara University.
