Basin Street Properties has begun leasing 8,000 square feet of executive suite space in the Bank of America Plaza building at 50 W. Liberty.
The 22 suites on the fourth floor of the building range from 100 square feet to 280 square feet. Tenants share office equipment, reception, conference room, telecommunications and kitchen facilities.
