George Pauli has joined GRAS Associates LLC of Reno as a senior consultant. The company conducts food and drug safety consultation.
Pauli recently retired from the Food and Drug Administration after 29 years service with the agency.
He earned his bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Michigan and completed his doctorate in physical chemistry at Indiana University.
