The Wild Horse Saloon has added a restaurant operation. The business is at the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center east of Sparks.
The restaurant is open from 8 a.m. to midnight with plans to expand to 24-hour operations. Chef of the restaurant is Martin Rodriguez, and cooks include Hector Mendoza, Carmen Montelongo, Salome Perez and Steve Hammill.
