WES Construction of Reno last week won a $1.6 million contract from Washoe County to build a two-million-gallon water storage tank to serve Hidden Valley along with an underground water line, and an access road.
RDC, Inc. of Sparks, meanwhile, won a $758,000 contract from the county to refurbish three water wells in Hidden Valley.
About 2,000 existing and future homes will be served by the projects.
