Justine Chambers has been named purchasing and contracts administrator by the Truckee Meadows Water Authority.
Chambers previously worked for the city government of Carson City for 17 years in the purchasing and contract department. She also lobbied in the last three legislative sessions for Carson City as well the Nevada Public Purchasing Study Commission, a group of purchasing professionals.
