David Howard has been hired to lobby for the Northern Nevada Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
Howard has held positions including chief deputy secretary of the State of Nevada, Reno city councilman and director of public policy for the Reno-Sparks Chamber of Commerce. Howard also worked as a teacher and in real estate.
He ha lobbied in the State Legislature since 1973, most recently for the City of Reno.
