Frank Simplicio has been promoted to mortgage planner in the Minden office of Lake Tahoe Mortgage Corp.
Previously Simplicio worked as a transaction coordinator for mortgage planner Sharon Hudson in the office.
Before joining Lake Tahoe Mortgage, he worked as an Alzheimer's caregiver at Merrill Gardens in Gardnerville and as an in-home caregiver.
