Pete Paulos has been named executive pastry chef at Grand Sierra Resort.
He previously was assistant pastry chef at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas for three years.
Paulos, who began working in bakeries at age 13, has worked in retail bakeries as well as casino properties in California and Nevada.
