Henry McCubbin has been named by Q&D Construction as the project engineer at the New River Surgical Arts Center, a 24,000-square-foot ambulatory care center to be built in Fallon.
McCubbin has a bachelor's of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno. He began his training as a project engineer at Q&D following his graduation last spring.
