Lewis and Roca LLP, a Phoenix-based law firm, is opening an office in Reno.
It will be be staffed by Leif Reid as a partner and Alfredo Alonso as a principal.
Reid has practiced law in Reno for 10 years, most recently as a partner with Lionel Sawyer & Collins. Alonso, who has worked as a consultant in Nevada for 11 years, most recently was a member of the Lionel Sawyer & Collins government relations team.
Lewis and Roca also has offices at Phoenix, Tucson, Las Vegas, and Albuquerque. Its practice focuses on business transactions and litigation.
