South Meadows office building sold

The Reno Trademark building at 795 Trademark Drive in South Meadows has been sold for $10.6 million.

The building was sold by Triple Net Properties of Santa Ana, Calif. It represented T REIT Inc., a publicly held company that owned a 40 percent interest in the building and tenant-in-common investors that owned the other 60 percent.

Skyline LP purchased the 75,000-square-foot office building. It's entirely occupied by Avnet Inc., an industrial distributor of electronic components and computer equipment.

The building was acquired for $7.3 million in September 2001, T REIT said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It was built in 1998 on a 7.5-acre parcel.

Skyline LP was represented in the deal by Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co.

The sellers were represented by Voit Commercial and Triple Net Properties.
