D&D Roofing and Sheet Metal of Sparks posted record sales in 2005.
President Ken Dillon said last week that revenues totaled $20.2 million for the year, a 30 percent increase from the $15.6 million in sales D&D posted in 2004. The 2005 figure includes $6 million for residential sales and $14.2 for commercial sales.
Dillon said the company's sales probably would have been even higher if it could have hired 45 or 50 more roofers in the area's tight labor market.
