Executives: Nevada near top as place to do business

Chief Executive magazine named Nevada one of the best places to do business for the second year in a row.

A poll of 300 top executives released last week ranked Nevada second only to Texas in business climate. California, New York and Massachusetts ranked as the three worst.

The CEOs ranked workforce quality and labor costs as the most important factors in determining the best state to do business.
