Kitchen will become a principal accounting officer for the publicly traded company.
He has more than 25 years of accounting experience.
Forbush is a principal in Core Business Builders Inc.
of Reno, which will manage the transition of Golden Phoenix to a new accounting system.His experience includes work as chief financial officer of Glamis Gold.
