Amtrak station complete

Granite Construction and Northern Sierra Construction, Inc.

said last week they completed work on the Reno Amtrak Station, part of the ReTRAC project.

The $3.5 million project includes a threestory, 10,000-square-foot passenger terminal beginning 24 feet below street level.

The architect on the project was VBN Architecture, and the structural engineer was Tobey Wade Structural Engineers.Northern Sierra's project manager was Greg Powell, and project superintendent was Gar Teuscher.
