The law firm of Parsons Behle & Latimer has leased 9,500 square feet at 50 West Liberty in downtown Reno.
Kevin Pollei, chief operating officer of Parsons Behle & Latimer, said the firm is expanding its staff and wants to be located close to its clients. The firm's office previously was at 333 Holcolm.
The building was purchased in December by Basin Street Properties. The law firm's lease is another indication of the demand for office, retail and residential properties in the downtown area, said Scott Stranzl, Basin Street Properties' vice president of leasing.
Matt Riecken, a senior vice president of Trammell Crow Co. in Reno, is the listing agent for 50 West Liberty.
