Robert A. Farrar, information resources director for Hometown Health, has completed the America's Health Insurance Plans' executive leadership program and is recognized as a Certified Health Insurance Executive.
Farrar earned a bachelor's degree in business at the University of Wisconsin and a master's in business degree at Northwestern University.
