Reno-based DP Partners has broken ground on a 513,240-square-foot distribution facility in North Las Vegas.
The building scheduled for completion in early 2007 is the largest speculative building in the Las Vegas market.
United Construction of Reno is general contractor on the building. Blakley, Johnson & Ghusn Inc. of Reno is the architect.
