Valerie Glenn has been elected as chair of the Nevadaworks board and Jim Annis has been elected as chair-elect for two-year terms beginning this month.
Glenn is president of the Rose/Glenn Group, a Reno marketing and public relations agency. She has 30 years experience in advertising and communications has served on numerous nonprofit boards.
Annis is president of Applied Staffing Solutions L.L.C., a staffing agency in Reno.
Nevadaworks, a nonprofit agency, coordinates workforce development efforts in northern Nevada.
