State names trade representative in the U.K.

The Nevada Commission on Economic Development said last week it has named Charter Solutions of the United Kingdom to serve an independent representative for Nevada's International Trade Representative Program.

Charter Solutions, a consulting firm headed by Trevor Bargh, is headquartered at Lancaster and operates offices at Cardiff and Manchester in the United Kingdom.

Like the state's eight other trade representatives, Charter Solutions will be paid exclusively from commissions from exporters and importers. It will work to set up British markets for Nevada companies and help British companies invest in the state.
