Pyramid Plaza spins off phase two

Fresh off its lease of space to the fire department and the public works department in Sparks, the developer of Pyramid Plaza Office Park plans construction of a 60,000-square-foot second phase.

The office park is just southwest of the Sparks Mercantile shopping center at McCarran Boulevard and Pyramid Way.

The second phase of the project will provide office-flex space with rollup doors. Construction is scheduled to begin this year.

"The flex is the result of a great demand for storage capabilities from professionals such as attorneys, engineering and consultants who need to store files and plans," said Jeffrey Len of the development company, Sycamore Gardens.

Architect for the project is Joe Snider. Odyssey Engineering which is headquarted in the project's first phase is the civil engineer. Brian Armon of Grubb & Ellis|NCG is the leasing agent.

Len said the first phase of Pyramid Plaza Office Park includes the lease of 2,937 square feet to the Sparks Fire Department and 4,240 square feet to the city's public works department.
