Tourism development expert Roger Brooks will discuss ideas communities can use to attract more visitors during the Nevada Commission on Tourism's annual Rural Roundup conference in Carson City April 5-7.
Brooks is a partner at Destination Development Inc. of Olympia, Wash.
Conference activities also will include a Ghost Walk Tour through Carson City's downtown historic district, a tour of state buildings, a presentation about rural Nevada and the international arena, and eight concurrent sessions on tourism issues.
