Nevada Labor Commissioner Michael Tanchek is seeking northern Nevada applicants for a vacancy on the State Apprenticeship Council, which administers apprenticeship laws and regulations.
Tanchek's appointee will fill the "employer representative" position held by Irene Rogerson of the Washoe County School District on the seven-member board.
To apply, send a letter of interest and resume to the Office of the Labor Commissioner, 675 Fairview Drive, Suite 226, Carson City, Nevada, no later than 5 p.m., April 7.
