Robert P. Martin has been named executive vice president for strategic development and corporate secretary at Sparks-based Golden Phoenix Minerals. He previously was director of corporate development for the mining company.
Martin previously founded an engineering and transportation businesses and is co-owner of a Hawaii-based service company under contract to the Hilton Corporation.
He is a graduate of Washington University.
