Bruce Bommarito, director of the Nevada Commission on Tourism, has been appointed to serve as co-chair of a national committee to expand tourism between the United States and Japan. Japan ranks No. 2 in overseas visitors to the United States, just after the United Kingdom.
The other co-chair is John Marriott, executive vice president for lodging for Marriott International, Inc.
