David Dunham has been promoted to project engineer by Q&D Construction.
Dunham started with Q&D in May 2005 in an internship program.
After completing his bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structures track at University of Nevada, Reno, in December, Dunham joined Q&D fulltime.
He also has a bachelor's degree in engineering physics from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, Calif.
